Last week was a whirlwind of activity for me. I completed my workout schedule and cleaned the house from top to bottom about 3 times. My house is always clean I just get a little crazy when we have guests staying. We had relatives visiting this weekend. Did I stay on track?! Yes and no. I did my best to not go overboard. Had some really delish Indian and Filipino food this weekend though! We did a ton of walking on Sunday. I got on the scale Monday morning and was really surprised I didn't gain anything.
I kept up with the Go Fit Gals
Short and Sweet Challenge by making sure to drink plenty of water, no alcohol and eat every 3-4 hours. I think that saved me. Also the workouts from
Fitness Blender and
Gaiam TV. Did some detox yoga from
Sara Ivanhoe yesterday. Might do it again today, but I'm super tired and will be resting today.
